CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can come up. To keep things fair for everyone and respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask that you review the following: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment/service will be subject to a 40% cancellation fee, based on the total cost of the service. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Clients who no-call/no-show may be required to pay a deposit or the service fee in full before booking any future appointments. I completely understand that emergencies happen! Please don’t hesitate to message me, and I’ll always do my best to be understanding as possible. I strive to provide every client with high-quality lash services and a positive experience. Due to the time, products, and expertise invested in each appointment, all services and deposits are non-refundable.
